Innosoft has based our web accessibility standards on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria, Revised Section 508, and EN 301 549 Accessibility Requirements. These standards and guidelines can be complex to interpret and apply, but Innosoft has taken considerable steps to achieve substantial compliance.

Measures to Support Accessibility

Innosoft Corporation takes the following measures to support the accessibility of Contract Insight:

  • Incorporates accessibility into our mission and quality objectives.
  • Integrates accessibility requirements into design, development, and testing processes.
  • Includes accessibility considerations in procurement activities.
  • Uses formal accessibility testing and quality assurance methods.
  • Engages external accessibility auditors as part of our review process.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

 Innosoft’s goal is:

  • Substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA
  • Support for relevant EN 301 549 requirements
  • Partial support for WCAG 2.1 Level AAA success criteria and Section 508 requirements

A detailed Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on the latest VPAT® templates is available upon request.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technologies

Innosoft Corporation’s Design, Development, and Compliance teams assess the accessibility of its digital services using:

  • Internal design and development reviews against WCAG 2.1 Level A/AA.
  • Automated accessibility testing tools.
  • Manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader checks.
  • Periodic reviews by external accessibility specialists.
